RISK DISCLOSURE — Leveraged trading can cause substantial losses, including losses beyond your initial deposit. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose. Flux Trades provides education, not individualized investment advice or trade signals. Past performance cannot predict future results. Student testimonials describe individual experiences that may differ from yours; neither testimonials nor educational materials promise profitability.
SIMULATED RESULTS — Hypothetical examples and simulations have limitations: they do not reflect actual executions, may misstate the effects of liquidity and other market conditions, and can benefit from hindsight. They do not establish the profits or losses an actual account would achieve.
Read the CFTC’s guidance on leveraged trading risk and CFTC Rule 4.41 on testimonials and hypothetical performance. This summary does not imply CFTC approval of Flux Trades.
